RIGHT USE OF THE MIRRORS AT HOME
Ø Mirrors should not be placed directly reflecting a toilet, a staircase, the kitchen or the main door.
Ø Mirrors in the dining rooms prove to be excellent as it reflects and doubles the food on the table.
Ø Full wall mirrors should not be placed in the bedroom directly facing the bed. This has serious ill effects as it causes sleeplessness and can cause severe harm to marital relationships.
Ø Mirrors used at home should not cut off the feet or legs of the residents. i.e. there should be full wall mirrors, high enough not to cut off the full length of every family member at home.
Ø Mirrors should not be used in the kitchen.
DO’S OF FENG SHUI
Ø Be especially focused on the center of the house because creating harmonious energy in the center brings good fortune to the whole family.
Ø The area in front of your house should be left empty and the front door view should not be blocked. Very tall buildings and structures should be at the back of your home.
Ø Activating center of the house also helps in boosting good relationships between siblings.
Ø Fill your home with paintings and ceramics that symbolizes all sorts of good fortune.
Ø Rooms should always have atleast one solid wall.
Ø Windows sliding up and down are more preferred than windows that open out.
Ø Three to one is the most preferred window to door ratio in a room.
DO NOTS OF FENG SHUI
Ø Do not live very near to fly-over roads as the chi turns fatal.
Ø Do not live at or near the dead ends or at the end of the lane. This can create problems having no solutions because here chi disintegrates badly.
Ø Do not live at a place having a river, pond or a fast moving traffic highway at the backside of your house. There will be nothing to guard your back because here chi would be too powerful.
Ø Do not live brunched between two high rise buildings, which surrounds your home because it blocks the flow of chi into your home.
Ø Do not let your doors face any television, dustbin, paintings and pictures with crosses or sharp designs, swords, guns or an edge of a table.
Ø Do not place any form or kind of cactus plant inside your home.
