A Complete Handbook of "FENG SHUI" - 4

A Complete Handbook of "FENG SHUI"
READY RECKONER - Chapter-04

MAIN DOOR

Ø Main doors should not face toilets, open shelves, sinks and cookers.

Ø Place a Pa Kua Mirror outside the house or on the front door.

Ø Bury three Chinese coins or gold coins under the ground just inside the main door.
Ø Place two money plants or plants with round and broad leaves, around the main door from inside. Avoid pointed or thorny plants.

Ø The main door should always be the largest door in the house.

Ø Paintings of your favorite wild life animals, a poised and alert eagle or a pair of porcelain elephants on either side of the main door, with a cactus plant on top of it should be placed outside the house. It is believed that they guard the residents from dishonest, evil and harmful people and gives protection against burglars, losses and enemies.

Ø Be careful of what lies above the front main door. There should not be a toilet directly above the door. Sharp corners of the ceiling or an exposed overhead beam over the head is not auspicious even.

Ø Do not live with your main door directly facing a straight road or a highway. There will be very powerful chi flowing towards you.

Ø Do not have the front of the house or your main door facing a large building or a big wall. This blocks the flow of the chi.
