BASIC APPLICATION OF FENG SHUI
HOME
Ø Place a Turtle in the North Block or Backside of the home because it symbolizes support from important people, long life and protection. This is one of the best features of Feng Shui to activate turtles at home.
Ø Place a White Tiger in the West direction
Ø Place a decorative bird, a phoenix, a crane or a rooster in the South Direction. (A Rooster can be placed on the South wall of the Living Room). They represent success, opportunities and materialistic comforts.
Ø In the NorthWest corner, one should not have a frequently used Toilet, a Storeroom filled with junk or a Cluttered Garage. (It’s bad for the head of the family, for e.g.-Father).
Ø Square and Rectangular shapes are good for homes. Avoid circular shapes.
Ø Avoid cactus plant anywhere in the house.
Ø Doors and windows should not face each other.
Ø Place a sailing ship near the door, coming inside and facing the inside of the house.
Ø Microwave Ovens, Geysers, Gas stoves etc should be placed in the South direction.
Ø Aquariums, Fridge, WashBasin, Taps, Toilets, and Water Tanks should be in the North Direction.
Ø Have Flowering Plants in the SouthEast for Wealth.
Ø Place a medium size Vase in the Wood direction, i.e. East.
Ø The Earth element represents SouthWest, NorthEast and the centers of the Home. Have Crystals there, earns, water vessels, teapots, and vases.
Ø The metal element signifies NorthWest and West. Place coins, gold and silver in this direction for wealth and prosperity.
Ø Always turn on the stereo or keep a pet for the circulation of the sound energy at home.
Ø Place a pair of Mandarin Ducks in southwest corner for happiness in love.
Ø Place cranes in west for longevity and maximize the use of Orange, gold and red color for happiness.
Ø Avoid leaking taps anywhere in the house.
Ø Hang a crystal in the center of the house.
